This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by Miaomiao APP (also referred to as "mjiang") and its associated platform https://m.mamtou.com/, operated by Mamtou (漫头社), the universe's largest ACG enthusiast community. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for requesting refunds, ensuring transparency and fairness for all users within our ACG-focused social ecosystem.

1. Scope of Application

This policy covers paid services available on Miaomiao APP/mjiang, including but not limited to:
  • Virtual membership subscriptions (e.g., premium community access)
  • Digital content purchases (e.g., exclusive ACG art, fanwork collections)
  • In-app virtual items (e.g., custom avatars, community badges)
  • Paid event registrations hosted within the platform

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request will be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Unused Services: If you have purchased a service but not utilized it (e.g., an unactivated membership, unaccessed digital content) within 7 days of purchase.
  • Technical Failures: If a paid service is unavailable due to platform errors (e.g., server issues, 功能故障) that prevent you from using it as described, and our team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of notification.
  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate charges for the same service, verified via your payment records.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Charges made without your consent (e.g., account hacking), provided you report it within 30 days of the transaction and cooperate with our security team for verification.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

    • Transaction ID (from your payment receipt)
    • Reason for the refund (with relevant evidence, e.g., screenshots of technical issues)

  1. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The exact timeframe depends on your payment provider (e.g., credit card, mobile payment platforms).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted for:
  • Services that have already been used (e.g., a membership you’ve actively used for 10 days, digital content you’ve downloaded).
  • Virtual items that are "consumable" (e.g., in-chat stickers, community votes) once used.
  • Event registrations after the event has concluded, unless specified otherwise in the event details.
  • Requests made beyond the 7-day window for unused services (see Section 2).
